Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Petroleum Engineering, Reservoir Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of reservoir engineering experience with complex analysis and management.
• Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (Eclipse, Petrel RE, CMG) and decline curve analysis techniques.
• Solid understanding of geology, petrophysics, and production engineering principles.
• Experience in economic evaluation and reserve reporting (SPE PRMS).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct detailed reservoir characterization and performance analysis using geological and engineering data.
• Develop and maintain reservoir simulation models to predict future performance and evaluate recovery options.
• Prepare production forecasts, economic evaluations, and reserve estimates per industry standards.
• Recommend and implement enhanced oil recovery (EOR) techniques where applicable.
• Collaborate with drilling and production teams to optimize well placement, completion strategies, and production operations.
• Mentor junior reservoir engineers and contribute to the team knowledge base.

About the Role

This position involves applying advanced reservoir engineering principles to analyze reservoir performance, forecast production, and optimize recovery strategies. You will work closely with geoscientists, production engineers, and management to maximize asset value and ensure efficient resource extraction. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed reservoir characterization and performance analysis using geological and engineering data.
