Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Biology, Genetics, Molecular Biology, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on genomics and molecular biology research.
• Proven expertise with DNA sequencing technologies and bioinformatics pipelines.
• Strong statistics skills for genomic data interpretation.
• Experience with relevant software and genomic databases.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute advanced genomic research projects including NGS library prep and data analysis.
• Perform molecular biology techniques such as DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, qPCR, and gene expression analysis.
