Parexel in South Africa seeks a Senior Patient Recruitment Lead to join our global Patient Recruitment team. You will help patients access clinical trial opportunities through recruitment, engagement, and retention strategies, collaborating with sponsors, sites, and vendors.

This home-based role offers flexible arrangements, opportunities for growth, and exposure to metrics, KPIs, and client-facing communications with international teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in a patient recruitment environment.
• Demonstrated client-facing experience, including managing complex cases and presenting or communicating directly with clients.
• Direct patient-facing experience is required.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Support patient recruitment, engagement and retention initiatives
• Lead patient recruitment projects and support delivery across complex cases
• Coordinate patient-facing materials, websites and campaigns
• Work with vendors and study teams
• Monitor KPIs, metrics and recruitment performance

As a Senior Patient Recruitment Lead, you will join a dynamic, collaborative environment that helps patients access clinical trial opportunities through innovative recruitment, engagement, and retention strategies. Through partnership with global teams, sponsors, sites, and patient-focused vendors, you will increase your exposure to all aspects of patient recruitment while building a rewarding career in clinical research.
