What You Will Do :
- Accurately forecast business and sustainable develop sales pipeline
- Attract, develop, engage and lead a high performing sales team, supporting and driving them to accelerate business
- Support and collaborate with our Enabling Function teams to ensure a smooth Order to Cash process is maintained and our customers receive the highest level of service
- Ensure positive and detailed account communication between the team and other in-house teams, providing feedback to senior management as required
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as revenue, sales activities, and conversion rates, and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Lead complex sales cycles typically defined as six months or longer with multiple partners, decision-makers, and influencers at multiple levels
- Play an active role in projects / take the lead in key business processes
- Be proactive in taking part in wider Stryker initiatives & projects across the region and globally
What You Need :
- At least 5 years proven success as a high performing senior sales leader
- Product and sales knowledge in Medical Device industry, or experience within the theatre environment
- Proficiency in CRM’s and MS Office applications
- Proficiency in English
- Collaborative approach, with the ability to build relationships with teams internally and externally
- Conflict resolution and good critical thinking skills
- Medical Device Capital Sales Experience
