Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Process preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in refinery or petrochemical operations.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of refinery operations.
• Ensure production, compliance, and maintenance.
• Lead team to ensure safe and efficient output.

Skills

Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Process

10 years’ experience in refinery or petrochemical operations

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Use ERP tools for planning and reporting

Implement digitalisation & automation

Proficiency in Microsoft Office & ERP systems

Familiarity with ISO 90001 & ISO 14001 standards

Knowledge of business & management principles

Ability to operate various plant & equipment

Education

Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Process

Tools

ERP tools (e.g. MRP, BOMs, Routing)

SCADA & PLC systems
