You will lead end-to-end hiring, conduct interviews and assessments, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding of placed engineers while staying ahead of industry trends and requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in recruitment with a focus on engineering.
• Proven success recruiting for engineering disciplines.
• Strong understanding of engineering qualifications and industry demands.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments concurrently.
• Engineering degree or related qualification is advantageous.
