Job description

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT Boldr

  • Boldr is the first global B-Corp dedicated to delivering world‑class Client experiences while creating access to dignified, meaningful work in communities around the world.
  • We are a global team, united by our desire to connect diverse people with common values for boldr impact.
  • We employ just over a thousand team members across five countries and we want to employ over 5,000 people by 2027, if not sooner.

LET’S START WITH OUR VALUES

  • Meaningful connections start with AUTHENTICITY
  • We do our best work by being CURIOUS
  • We grow by remaining DYNAMIC
  • Our success combines AMBITIOUS VISION with OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
  • At the heart of great partnerships we’ll always find EMPATHY

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Recruiter, you will lead the recruitment of Boldr’s most strategic and business‑critical roles, particularly corporate, specialized, and leadership‑level positions.

This role requires exceptional strategic capability, deep corporate recruiting expertise, and the confidence to operate autonomously while partnering directly with senior stakeholders and executive leadership. You will balance speed, quality, and experience to meet hiring targets in functions where Boldr historically faces the greatest talent scarcity and longest time‑to‑fill.

Although your primary focus is corporate and leadership recruitment, you may also support high‑volume recruitment during periods of lower corporate demand.

WHY DO WE WANT YOU

We want impact‑driven team members who are passionate about helping Boldr scale sustainably. You will be a key recruitment advisor to the business and a partner in Boldr’s growth. We expect you to bring your expertise, independence, and high standards, while championing our core values: Curious, Dynamic, and Authentic.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Recruiting
  • Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for corporate, niche, and specialized roles, ensuring high‑quality, timely delivery in areas that historically present recruitment challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and executives, proactively offering insights, recommendations, and realistic market expectations.
  • Conduct advanced sourcing and targeted outreach to attract passive, hard‑to‑find talent.
  • Craft and refine job descriptions for specialized roles, ensuring alignment with business needs, organizational goals, and market realities.
  • Use recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, pipeline velocity, conversion rates) to monitor progress, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate consultative briefings and debriefings with both clients and candidates, providing feedback, setting clear expectations, and ensuring consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a proactive, high‑quality talent pipeline, engaging passive candidates and nurturing long‑term relationships to quickly respond to emerging client needs.
Stakeholder & Process Management
  • Manage complex stakeholder groups with confidence; setting expectations, communicating with clarity, and holding your own in conversations with senior leaders.
  • Lead structured briefing and debriefing sessions, ensuring alignment and shared understanding throughout every search.
  • Serve as a process owner, proposing improvements that elevate the quality, speed, and credibility of corporate recruiting across Boldr.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client organizations, particularly within the Client Success and Account Management domains, to identify the nuances of each role and ensure alignment between client expectations, business goals, and candidate profiles.
Market Intelligence & Data‑Driven Insights
  • Provide talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and compensation data to influence hiring decisions.
  • Maintain a proactive pipeline of niche and leadership talent for forecasted needs.
Cross‑Team Collaboration
  • Partner closely with RecOps, People Operations, and Onboarding teams to ensure seamless candidate experience and successful placement.

WHAT WE’LL LIKE ABOUT YOU

YOU ARE…

  • A highly skilled corporate/leadership recruiter who thrives on complexity and challenge.
  • Confident, assertive, and capable of influencing senior leaders and executives.
  • Proactive and resourceful, able to independently manage multiple specialized searches.
  • Metrics‑driven and analytical, using data to guide decision‑making and stakeholder conversations.
  • An exceptional communicator; clear, concise, and persuasive.
  • Calm under pressure and able to thrive in a high‑visibility, time‑sensitive environment.
  • Curious and adaptable, committed to continuous improvement and excellence.

YOU HAVE…

  • 5+ years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on corporate recruitment.
  • Demonstrated success filling niche roles and engaging passive, high‑caliber candidates.
  • Strong experience partnering directly with executives, directors, and senior stakeholders with minimal supervision.
  • Mastery of behavioral and competency‑based interviewing.
  • Proven ability to meet recruitment metrics and deliver within tight timeframes.
  • Experience using ATS platforms, sourcing technologies, and recruitment analytics.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex human dynamics.
