Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong HR orientation to support a fast-growing client in the podcast and digital media industry. This role blends full-cycle recruitment with hands-on HR coordination, including onboarding support, documentation, and people operations assistance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable operating at the intersection of hiring and HR in a remote, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for select roles across multiple functions

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring timelines

  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including documentation and system access

  • Support HR processes such as employee records, compliance documentation, and policy coordination

  • Maintain accurate candidate and employee data within ATS and HR systems

  • Act as a point of contact for recruitment-related and light HR inquiries

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter with exposure to HR or people operations

  • Experience supporting both recruitment and HR coordination activities

  • Prior remote work experience is non-negotiable, including fluency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, ATS platforms); candidates must have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies—applications without this experience will not be considered

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working within EST hours

Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in HR administration, people operations, or onboarding coordination

  • Experience in media, podcasting, or digital content environments

  • Familiarity with employment documentation and compliance processes
