Responsibilities :
- Close administrative roles of various levels of complexity including Clevel positions (as a plus).
- Build longterm candidate relationships.
- Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match cultural fit and compatibility.
- Full cycle of recruitment (starting with the discussion of the requirements for the candidates profile with hiring managers ending with a job offer).
- Negotiate with candidates and their support at different stages.
- Provide candidates with personalized feedback Manage all stages of the hiring process within SmartRecruiters ATS maintaining its accuracy and quality.
Qualifications :
- 4 years of experience of endtoend recruiting on a global market
- Experience with various candidate assessment methods in closing administrative and / or Clevel positions.
- Understand the specifics of administrative hiring and executive search
- Solid in communicating and consulting with senior management directly
- Effective negotiation influencing and communication skills
- Dont stop until you find the best candidate for a role; interested in recruiting analytics and like to work with data
- English level : upperintermediate or higher.
