Job Description

We're looking for someone experienced in sourcing and engaging administrative talent across the globe, with a passion for creating exceptional recruiting experiences. You’ll help internal stakeholders attract the best talent while focusing on creative sourcing, deep research, and global market insights. If you're a well-connected, curious individual with a passion for non-tech recruiting, this role is for you. You’ll lead recruitment efforts for administrative and executive talent, driving every stage of the hiring process—from developing sourcing strategies to negotiating offers. Building strong networks inside and outside the company is key. By leveraging market insights, you’ll create search strategies that find and engage top administrative talent, helping us meet our customers’ needs. Ready to make a difference? Responsibilities:

  • Close administrative roles of various levels of complexity, including C-level positions (as a plus).
  • Build long-term candidate relationships.
  • Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.
  • Full cycle of recruitment (starting with the discussion of the requirements for the candidate’s profile with hiring managers, ending with a job offer).
  • Negotiate with candidates and their support at different stages.
  • Provide candidates with personalized feedback Manage all stages of the hiring process within SmartRecruiters ATS, maintaining its accuracy and quality.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience of end-to-end recruiting on a global market
  • Experience with various candidate assessment methods in closing administrative and/or C-level positions.
  • Understand the specifics of administrative hiring and executive search
  • Solid in communicating and consulting with senior management directly
  • Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
  • Don’t stop until you find the best candidate for a role; interested in recruiting analytics and like to work with data
  • English level: upper-intermediate or higher.
