Based on the Berea, Durban, we are looking to appoint an office based, Senior Recruiter to join our team. We have proudly operated for over 25 years and specialise in FMCG, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Financial Services, and related sectors.

Position Info: About the Role

This is a senior, hands‑on recruitment role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can manage the full recruitment cycle independently. You will work closely with clients and candidates, handle mid‑to senior‑level placements, and contribute to growing our brand and upholding our reputation for customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a diverse client portfolio
  • Source high-quality candidates using multiple channels, networks, and tools
  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their talent needs
  • Conduct detailed candidate assessments and compile professional profiles for presentation to clients
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure excellent communication throughout the process
  • Finalise placements through effective offer management
  • Complete all administration through our ATS
  • Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities
  • Maintain high-quality standards aligned with agency processes and ethics

(job briefing, adverts, sourcing, screening, interviews, placement)

Requirements
  • Minimum 2–6 years full-cycle recruitment experience (agency experience is an advantage)
  • Proven success sourcing and placing roles in , Manufacturing, , Supply Chain, or related industries is an advantage
  • Strong interviewing and assessment capability
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • High levels of professionalism, attention to detail, and client service
  • Proficiency in recruitment platforms, LinkedIn, and ATS tools
