SUMMARY :
Our client in the Property and Construction Industry is seeking a seasoned and results-driven Senior Real Estate Agent to manage the sales process for our new property developments in Midrand. A valid and current Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) is mandatory.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling properties, excellent client relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market. This role requires a professional who is not only a skilled salesperson but also a strategic thinker capable of working independently to achieve and exceed sales targets.
POSITION INFO : Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Client Management :
- Actively market and sell units within new residential developments.
- Generate and follow up on leads through various channels, including show houses, networking events, and digital platforms.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure a smooth and positive buying experience from initial inquiry to final handover.
- Market and Product Knowledge :
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's property portfolio, including floor plans, specifications, and unique selling points.
- Stay up-to-date with current real estate market trends, competitor activities, and economic conditions.
- Provide market feedback to the management team to inform pricing strategies and future development planning.
- Administration and Compliance :
- Manage all sales-related documentation, including offers to purchase, contracts, and compliance paperwork.
- Ensure all transactions comply with relevant real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Provide regular, accurate reports on sales activities, lead conversions, and market insights.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience : A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a real estate sales role, with a strong preference for experience in selling new developments.
- Education : A relevant degree or diploma is advantageous. A valid and current Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) is mandatory.
- Skills :
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
