Job summary

Hire Resolve is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial, retail and mixed-use projects in the Western Cape. You must be PrQS registered with SACQSP and bring 7+ years of relevant experience, plus a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver comprehensive QS services.

The role emphasizes strong commercial and contractual management, leadership to mentor junior staff, and active business development.

Qualifications

Professional registration as a Quantity Surveyor (PrQS) with SACQSP – essential.
Minimum 7 years' relevant Quantity Surveying experience, with substantial exposure to commercial, retail and mixed-use developments.
Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and deliver the full QS
Strong commercial, contractual, financial management and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to mentor junior staff.
Established professional networks and business development capabilities will be
Excellent communication, client relationship management and organisational
Willingness to travel to client premises and project sites as required.
DimX and WinQS experience.
