As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be a key part of a dynamic and results-driven project team working across a diverse portfolio of building and civil engineering projects. Your focus will be on cost efficiency, commercial accuracy, and contractual compliance from tender to final account.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs)
  • Lead cost planning, tender analysis, and subcontractor negotiations
  • Administer and manage construction contracts (including variations and claims)
  • Monitor and control project costs to ensure profitability and alignment with budgets
  • Conduct risk assessments and drive value engineering initiatives
  • Manage payment applications, final accounts, and close-out procedures
  • Liaise with clients, Engineers, and site personnel to ensure that project goals are met
  • Deliver clear, concise cost reports and forecasting
Job Experience & Skills Required :
  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
  • Minimum 35 years relevant experience in construction and / or civil engineering
  • Proven track record of managing costs across multiple concurrent projects
  • Proficiency in cost software (e.g. CCS Candy, BuildSmart, or equivalent)
  • Deep understanding of JBCC, FIDIC, or similar contract types
  • Valid drivers license and a willingness to travel to project sites as needed
