Job description

Role Purpose

The Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS) plays a pivotal leadership and commercial management role, ensuring the successful financial and contractual delivery of multiple high-value construction projects (R1 billion+). This includes overseeing cost control, contract administration, risk management, and commercial forecasting across both building and civil engineering sectors.

The Senior QS will also mentor, coach, and lead junior and intermediate quantity surveyors, ensuring a high-performing commercial team aligned with company standards and project objectives.
