Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field such as Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, or similar roles in banking & finance.
• Proficiency in programming languages used in quantitative finance (Python, R, C++, MATLAB).
• Strong knowledge of financial derivatives, fixed income, and capital markets.
• Excellent understanding of statistical modeling, time series analysis, and machine learning techniques.
• Experience with data manipulation and visualization tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and maintain complex quantitative models for pricing, risk management, and forecasting.
• Conduct statistical analysis of large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with traders, risk managers, and IT to integrate models into business processes.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management with clear findings.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and emerging technologies in quantitative finance.
• Perform back-testing and sensitivity analysis to ensure model robustness.
