Job summary

NDC Personnel & Contractors in South Africa is seeking an experienced quality control supervisor for finished goods. You will oversee laboratory testing, supervise staff, and ensure compliance in spice and chemical blend production.

Candidates should have a minimum 3-year diploma or higher in Food Technology/Science, at least 4 years of lab testing experience, and 1 year in supervision. HACCP and FSSC 22000 knowledge, and willingness to handle products containing pork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-year diploma or higher in Food Technology/Science.
• 4 years’ laboratory testing experience.
• 1-year minimum supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, FSSC 22000, and exposure to a food safety environment.
• Willing to consume products containing pork and other types of animal meat.

Responsibilities
