Candidates should have at least 5 years of planning experience in the mining or petrochemical industries, proficiency with MS Project and Office, and relevant qualifications in engineering or project management.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop project schedules independently for review.
• Good report writing skills.
• Effective use of MS Projects and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and report project schedule status.
• Support PM in delivering project objectives.
• Prepare and maintain the master schedule.
• Review completion timetable and identify anomalies.
• Manage changes in the schedule.

Skills

Expert knowledge of MS Project

Expert knowledge of MS Office

Project planning experience in mining and minerals

Site planning experience

EPC/EPCM experience

5–8 years relevant experience

Education

Relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Project Management

PMI SP or PMP certification
