Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field.
• Project Management certification (PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile) advantageous.
• Experience: 58 years experience in project and portfolio management within bank servicing, operations, or financial services.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Strong understanding of banking processes, regulatory frameworks, and operational controls.
• Previous exposure to transformation or process improvement initiatives.
