Our client, a significant industrial group with operations in Klerksdorp, North West , is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead initiatives focused on achieving operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects that involve process improvement, technology implementation, and organizational change. Key Responsibilities

Lead the identification, planning, and execution of projects aimed at enhancing operational performance and driving efficiency. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is highly desirable. Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with a strong emphasis on operational excellence or continuous improvement projects. Proven experience in managing complex projects within industrial or manufacturing environments. Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
