About the role
We are replacing our Learning Management System and need a senior Project Manager to lead the delivery end to end. You will plan, run, and land the platform migration with full accountability for scope, budget, timelines, quality, and stakeholder communication in a regulated financial context.
What you will do
- Define scope, success measures, milestones, and delivery plan
- Build and manage the project budget and resource plan
- Lead multi discipline teams and coordinate vendors and partners
- Run governance cadence including steering packs, status, RAID, and change control
- Oversee solution design, integrations, data migration, testing, and cutover
- Manage vendor selection and commercials including RFP, SOW, and acceptance criteria
- Report progress to senior leadership and manage risks, issues, and escalations
- Execute cutover and hypercare and hand over into stable operations
What you bring
- Five to seven plus years in senior project delivery for complex tech programs
- Proven delivery of software or SaaS or ERP implementations with go live accountability
- Financial systems project experience is essential
- Banking or broader financial services exposure is preferred
- Strong vendor management and procurement experience
- Clear written and verbal communication at executive level
- Hands on use of project tools and artifacts such as plans, RAID, budgets, and steering decks
- Formal methodology such as PMP or PRINCE2 or Agile with practical application
Nice to have
- LMS domain experience such as Cornerstone, SuccessFactors Learning, Moodle, Docebo, or Workday Learning
- Experience working with systems integrators or HR tech vendors
- Background in regulated environments with audit and compliance reviews
What success looks like in your first ninety days
- Day one to thirty. Confirm scope, stakeholders, delivery plan, RAID, budget, and governance
- Day thirty one to sixty. Vendors contracted, build and migration plans approved, test strategy agreed
- Day sixty one to ninety. UAT executed, change approvals signed, cutover delivered, hypercare in place
