Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office)
Contract Type: Long term contract, minimum 12 month contract
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Initiation: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans based on business requirements.
- Execution & Delivery: Manage day-to-day operations, task assignments, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, maintaining an up-to-date RAID log.
- Budget & Resource Management: Track budgets, ensure optimal resource utilisation, and elevate deviations proactively.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with business and technical stakeholders to manage expectations, report progress, and secure approvals.
- Governance & Reporting: Produce weekly / monthly status reports and lead steering committee meetings, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks.
- Change & Quality Control: Enforce change control processes and ensure quality standards through testing and validation cycles.
- Project Closure: Ensure successful handover to operations / support, conduct lessons learned sessions, and close out project documentation.
Additional Responsibilities
- Mentor junior project managers or project coordinators.
- Support the PMO with the development of project templates, standards, and best practices.
- Support organisational change management and training initiatives related to project delivery.

Petency Profile
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-workstream or cross-functional ERP / CRM projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies and governance models.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional and vendor teams, managing dependencies and change across multiple workstreams.
- Full project lifecycle accountability, including scope, schedule, risk, budget, and benefit realisation.
- Governance oversight and executive reporting with adherence to PMO standards.
- Cultivate stakeholder trust through transparent communication and strategic engagement.
Required Skills & Experience
Professional Certifications
Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM) preferred; Microsoft Dynamics / ERP or Power Platform certifications advantageous.
Experience
10+ years of overall project management experience, with at least 5+ years managing full lifecycle ERP implementation or upgrade projects, or end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics (CE or F&O) projects.
