As a Project Execution Manager you will oversee the technical execution and implementation of projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget and timeline while maintaining quality, safety standards and client satisfaction.
Develop and review technical submissions to support project scope of works.
Participate in end‑user training and review technical reports post‑project completion.
Ensure Project Engineers and Technical Teams have updated certifications and necessary tools.
Work with the Head of Operations to upskill teams to meet business and client requirements.
Oversee technical resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization and compliance with FS Systems and client standards.
Conduct on‑site quality checks to verify adherence to required standards and company policies.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, addressing technical expectations and resolving escalations.
Collaborate with clients, suppliers and partners to ensure all service level agreements are met, including technical and maintenance support.
Adhere to FS Systems project management methodology, updating all project documentation, including risks and lessons learned.
Collaborate with logistics and customer service leads on material and equipment requirements.
Manage Project Engineers and Technical Teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
Maintain strong client relationships by managing expectations and aligning deliverables with SLAs.
Partner with Customer Service Leads and Project Engineers to address budget overruns and identify areas for improvement to maximize profitability.
Minimum of 5 years in safety and security technology project management, with hands‑on experience in Fire Detection, IP Video Surveillance and Access Control systems.
At least 2 years in a supervisory role with expertise in fire detection, gas suppression, enterprise access control, CCTV and related systems.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Project Management, with in‑depth knowledge of security technology preferred.
Proficiency in PMBOK project methodology, ERP systems and MS Office, particularly advanced Excel.
Strong leadership, problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
