Role Description

We are hiring for the roles of a Project Manager, Senior Mechanical Technician, and Quantity Surveyor / Estimator.

Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Project Manager: oversee project planning, resource allocation, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Senior Mechanical Technician: conduct mechanical inspections, perform equipment maintenance, and resolve technical issues.
• Quantity Surveyor / Estimator: manage project cost estimations, budget preparations, provide financial insights, and assist in tendering for new projects.

Qualifications

• Project Management skills, including resource allocation, scheduling, and task prioritization.
• Expediting and Expeditor expertise for tracking and managing the delivery of project materials.
• Inspection and quality assurance skills to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Logistics Management skills for coordinating transport, materials, and resources efficiently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Trade test certificates / Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in the engineering or construction industry is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-pressure environment.
