A global manufacturing company is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to oversee Junior Project Coordinators and drive large-scale, high-impact projects from planning to client handover. You’ll work closely with engineers and cross‑functional teams, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and safety standards are met.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years of hands‑on project management experience in the renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure sectors
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex, large‑scale projects on time and within scope
- Experience overseeing turnkey contracts and coordinating with multidisciplinary contractor teams
- Proficient in project management tools and software for planning, tracking, and reporting
- Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and collaborating effectively with engineering professionals
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities, with a focus on performance and accountability
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, results‑oriented approach
DUTIES
- Lead planning and execution of installation and maintenance projects
- Define project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
- Oversee civil works, instrumentation, and commissioning phases
- Supervise junior project managers across multiple projects
- Review and approve project plans, reports, and close‑out documents
- Conduct performance check‑ins and mentorship sessions
- Act as the main contact for clients and stakeholders
- Attend client meetings and provide progress updates
- Coordinate with engineering, HSE, and procurement teams
- Ensure site readiness and validate pre‑installation requirements
- Manage timely delivery of materials, equipment, and staff
- Oversee on‑site teams in collaboration with supervisors
- Resolve on‑site issues and escalate when necessary
- Approve HSE files and lead project risk assessments
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure safety compliance
- Track progress through daily and weekly reporting
- Finalize close‑out and installation documentation
- Monitor budgets and flag cost variances early
- Approve timesheets, travel, and material requests
- Optimise crew scheduling and equipment use
