What You’ll Do

About the organization: Osiris Trading is part of Super Group, a NYSE-listed digital gaming company. Location: Johannesburg. Role involves assisting with the administration of the enterprise risk management system and related duties.

Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and administration of the enterprise risk management system (ERMS), including data entry and updating risk registers
  • Coordinate meetings and support training materials to promote risk awareness
  • Develop and maintain risk documentation, policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidential electronic and physical files related to ERM
  • Support risk owners and champions in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks
  • Document the control environment for accurate risk assessments
  • Assist with ensuring ERM processes align with policies and prepare risk committee files
  • Review information quality in the ERMS and work with the business to improve accuracy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather risk-related information and produce reports
  • Engage with ERM System support for tool operation and issue resolution
  • Identify enhancements and assist in dashboards
  • Provide general administrative support to the Risk Management team
  • Monitor KRIs and stay up to date with risk frameworks and regulatory updates
  • Perform other duties to support enterprise risk management

Qualifications & Skills
  • BCom in Internal/External Audit (preferred), Law or related field or Certifications in Risk Management
  • 2+ years in risk management or audit
  • Knowledge of enterprise risk management principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data/reporting tools
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Desirable: experience with ERM software and Post Graduate risk qualification
  • ISO 31000 Certification
