Senior Program Manager – Strategic Programs

Responsibilities
  • Lead highly complex, multi‑product deliveries with matrix management of other Project Managers within the same project or workstream.
  • Develop and execute end‑to‑end delivery strategies, ensuring alignment across all project functions and stakeholders.
  • Guide and manage complex transformation projects or workstreams within large‑scale programs.
  • Define and implement program approaches and plans, coordinating multiple projects, vendors, and delivery teams.
  • Track KPIs, benefits, and program integration while facilitating PI (Program Increment) planning.
  • Create or approve project initiation documentation, delivery approaches, and success criteria.
  • Contribute to the project or program delivery strategy.
  • Deliver projects within agreed scope, budget, and timelines while managing risks, issues, and quality standards.
  • Implement delivery practices and methodologies; facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement‑gathering sessions.
  • Stay close to technical and functional details, ensuring alignment between business and technical requirements.
  • Develop and execute stakeholder communication plans; facilitate senior‑level discussions and governance meetings.
  • Create and manage project budgets.
  • Proactively identify and address delivery challenges, dependencies, and change management needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Delivery Practice or CSG, enhancing efficiency and best practices.
  • Mentor and collaborate with less experienced Project Managers to support skill development and project success.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Overall 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in program management.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications).
  • Seasoned project or delivery professional with strong expertise in managing large, complex, and multi‑functional projects or workstreams.
  • Ability to drive business outcomes through strategic planning, risk mitigation, and innovation.
