Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, ideally in safety or mining tech
• 10+ years experience in the mining industry (non-negotiable)
• Proven knowledge of gas detection and environmental monitoring systems
• Strong technical project management experience with deliverables
• Familiarity with system certifications, design configuration, and stakeholder documentation

Responsibilities

• Develop product and market strategy aligned with company objectives
• Define and document product requirements derived from market needs
• Manage cross-functional teams in the development of OSS systems
• Drive R&D, feasibility studies, and testing (lab, site, and trials)
• Oversee full product lifecycle: planning, configuration, certification, launch, and continuous improvement
• Lead project management efforts scope, timeline, budget, risk, and resource control
• Engage stakeholders including clients, engineering, QA, marketing, and production
• Support go-to-market activities including PoCs, product positioning, and messaging
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance throughout
