Job summary

Infinity Staff Global is seeking a Product Manager in Gauteng to lead product planning and execution across the lifecycle. You will gather requirements, define the product vision, and work with engineering, sales, marketing and support to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a track record of launching successful products. International travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Product Manager.
• Proven track record defining and launching excellent products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to lead product initiatives end-to-end.
• Solid technical background with software/web technologies understanding.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to present to customers and large audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy and align with engineering, sales, marketing and support.
• Determine specifications, production timetables, pricing, and rollout plans for product introductions.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps and releases.
• Identify and fill product gaps and develop pricing/ positioning strategies.
• Collaborate with PR and marketing on product launches and communications.
• Act as product evangelist and represent the company at events.
• Forecast sales, provide analyses for management, and optimize inventory and margins.
