Build end-to-end solutions for payroll, benefits, and other services, owning the experience and collaborating closely with senior product team members.
Lead on solutions with minimal support, driving strategic and tactical decisions for your product area.
Manage internal expectations for projects, products, and features while contributing to high-level planning and road mapping.
Ship improvements iteratively, ensuring solutions align with key business KPIs and deliver value to customers.
Communicate and collaborate across teams, promoting your work and fostering a transparent, async culture.
Serve as a subject matter expert on mobile experiences and related product challenges.
Experience as a product manager in a high-growth company.
Background in payroll, HR, benefits, fintech, or a similar domain.
Strong judgment in prioritization and feature scope decisions.
Demonstrable self-driven results that moved a product in the right direction.
Proficiency in product design (UX).
Passion for building products that work effectively, even for complex or tedious problems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.
Business-level writing and speaking proficiency in English.
