User-Centric Approach and Performance Monitoring
- Collect and Analyze User Feedback

- Utilize Data and Analytics for Decision Making
Product lifecycle management
- Take responsibility for the identification of new opportunities, service improvements and cost reductions, based on data gathered and analysed.
- Contribute to the determination of pricing and profitability of the product, inclusive of the approval of special pricing where required.
Support sales and marketing activities
- Align product launch activities with marketing activities by giving the sales team information regarding competitor analysis, market analysis, business performance analysis and other research information.
- Ensure that the product literature is accurate and develop training content that will assist with product sales.
- Perform product demonstrations to customers and develop efficient customer communication and feedback channels.
Team Leadership
- Lead and inspire the development team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide clear guidance on the product goals, ensuring team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
Job Requirements
- Degree in a technical field, e.g. Marketing, Computer Science
- Agile certification would be advantageous.
- Professional Scrum Product Owner – Advanced certification.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role with B2C product management experience
- Experience in information gathering and the creation of product stories and acceptance criteria.
Knowledge, skills and attributes :
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to construct clear product user stories, requirements and technical documentation.
- Attention to detail coupled with accurate execution and delivery.
- Ability to work on several simultaneous projects.
- Possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of user-centred design principles.
- Deep knowledge of the product lifecycle and stages.
- Knowledge of digital / platform products and the market it serves. i.e., domain expertise.
- Ruthless focus on next steps with the ability to balance technical constraints and a differentiated product.
- Excellent influencing skills
- Ability to translate customer needs into tangible product features and technical details.
