Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in process optimization, simulation, and advanced process control.
• Expertise in Aspen Plus or ChemCAD and data analysis tools.
• Strong knowledge of SPC and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams remotely.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills tailored for a virtual environment.
