Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Process optimization strategies and link this to the rest of the product teams. This will also require assisting clients with flowsheet development.
  • Develop and drive the implementation of Mill pump retrofits within integrated solutions across Africa with travel expected. Assisting in setting strategy and targets for the Mill circuit pump product portfolio.
  • Provide technical support and training to Sales network internally and externally with new product initiatives. Compiling proposal documents for identified sites for process optimizations.
  • Analyse existing client infrastructure and optimise use thereof while gathering market intelligence.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (Mechanical / Metallurgical / Chemical).
  • Registered Candidate engineer with ECSA.
  • 5 – 8 years’ experience interacting with EPCM’s, Pump users and Process Owners.
  • Valid Driver’s license and passport.
