Job Responsibilities
- Perform full life‑cycle recruitment to attract top technical and business operations talent
- Collaborate with recruiters, business leaders, and HR partners to understand and meet talent needs
- Research and analyze recruiting market trends to enhance sourcing strategies and employer branding
- Manage a diverse candidate pipeline and provide a high‑touch candidate experience
- Develop compelling position descriptions and negotiate job offers with selected candidates
Qualifications
- 8+ years of direct full‑life‑cycle recruitment experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, human resources, organizational development, or a related field; or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience in all aspects of talent search including innovative sourcing techniques and candidate management
- Working knowledge of EEO and applicable employment laws and regulations
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of related professional experience in full‑life cycle recruitment
- Corporate recruiting experience in a large and complex organization
- Prior experience as a Team Lead in a corporate talent acquisition setting
- Familiarity with Workday applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Advanced recruiter or sourcing designation and/or HR professional certification
