Key Responsibilities Include:

• Managing the development and release of the DFN pricing tool
• Consulting with product and reporting teams to align pricing logic and data accuracy
• Reviewing site inputs to identify hidden margins and ensure pricing integrity
• Creating quick, standardized offers with clear rules and exception paths
• Supporting complex multi-country pricing scenarios and calculations
• Defining customer groups and markups based on price sensitivity and operational complexity
• Balancing profitability with customer expectations through yield management
• Comparing historical assumptions with actual performance to refine pricing strategies
• Educating and training regional teams on pricing standards and tools
• Consulting sales teams and joining customer reviews to explain pricing logic
• Leading pricing-related projects such as tool upgrades and yield initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in pricing and logistics, ideally within fulfillment operations
• Strong Excel and programming skills for pricing tool management and analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience managing projects across regional teams
• Understanding of eCommerce market dynamics and customer needs
• Process-oriented with a consultative approach
• Ability to work independently and reach actionable conclusions
• Experience working across multiple cultures and regions
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
