Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in predictive analytics and machine learning model development.
• Proven expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, time series analysis), and deep learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python or R, and experience with relevant data science libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas).
• Experience with SQL and working with large datasets in database environments.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models for predictive analytics, including forecasting, classification, and regression.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights relevant to predictive modeling.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define predictive modeling requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Evaluate and select appropriate algorithms and techniques for specific prediction tasks.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines for model training and evaluation.
• Deploy predictive models into production environments and monitor their performance over time.
• Communicate findings and model results clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics research.
• Mentor junior scientists and contribute to the team's overall technical expertise.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experimental designs to validate model effectiveness.
