Position Overview

We're seeking a senior-level, hands-on PPC Specialist to own and execute our paid advertising campaigns with a primary focus on Google Ads.

This is a front-line individual contributor role – not a management position. You'll be responsible for day-to-day campaign execution, optimization, and performance, working independently with minimal oversight while collaborating effectively with our internal marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on Search and Local Services Ads (LSAs).
  • Execute both local lead generation campaigns and non-location-based campaigns (broader awareness / ecommerce-style setups).
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, bid management, and audience targeting.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and performance to maximize ROI and lead quality.
  • Implement and maintain conversion tracking using Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
  • Generate regular performance reports with clear, actionable insights.
  • Proactively identify optimization opportunities and execute improvements.
  • Stay current on Google Ads platform updates, best practices, and industry trends.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of hands‑on Google Ads management experience (Search and Local Services Ads required).
  • Proven ability to manage both local lead generation and non-location-based campaigns.
  • Senior‑level expertise with the technical depth to execute confidently and avoid common errors.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Self‑sufficient and detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal managerial oversight.
Nice‑to‑Haves
  • Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) or other paid social platforms.
  • Familiarity with real estate, property management, or self‑storage industries.
  • Experience with tools like SEMrush, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and how it complements paid strategies.
