Placements24 seeks an Advanced Permanent Makeup Artist for a premier cosmetic studio in Centurion, Gauteng. This independent contractor role involves performing microblading, shading, eyeliner, and lip color with strict safety standards.

You will consult clients, design tailored looks, and educate on care while managing your own schedule. You will work in a modern studio, access high-quality tools, and benefit from a strong brand with ongoing training opportunities while building a client base

Formación

• Accredited certification in permanent makeup artistry (e.g., PhiBrows, SPMU Academy).
• Minimum of 4 years of demonstrable experience performing permanent makeup techniques.
• Strong portfolio showing diverse high-quality work.
• Understanding of facial anatomy and symmetry for precise design.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients.
• Keen artistic sense with color theory knowledge.
• Commitment to hygiene and sterilization practices.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Gauteng for training/consultations.

Responsabilidades

• Perform advanced permanent makeup procedures (microblading, shading, eyeliner, lip color).
• Conduct detailed client consultations on goals and options.
• Color-match and design brow shapes, eyeliner styles, and lip contours.
• Educate clients on pre/post-care for optimal healing.
• Maintain sterile work environment and comply with health regulations.
• Manage appointment scheduling and client communications.
• Stay updated on trends, techniques, and new PMU tech.
• Maintain client records and treatment documentation.
• Source and manage pigments, needles, and supplies.
• Deliver exceptional results and positive service experience.
