Job summary

A leading payroll and HR service provider in South Africa seeks an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator and HR Assistant. In this full-time role, you will manage payroll for over 250 employees, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and supporting overall HR functions. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of payroll experience, knowledge of Sage VIP, and is detail-oriented. Applicants must reside in the Garden Route area.

Qualifications

  • 4 to 5 years' experience in a full function payroll for 250+ employees.
  • Strong understanding of statutory payments and returns.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Processing the monthly and weekly payroll for multiple entities.
  • Completing statutory returns and handling payments.
  • Managing staff queries and processing documentation.

Matric / Grade 12
