Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a call centre environment (Outbound sales).
• At least 1–2 years' experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Experience with call centre systems and telephony systems.

Responsibilities

• Contact clients on the company's database daily.
• Make a minimum of outbound calls per day.
• Achieve a minimum of 20 successful sales per month.
• Request necessary documentation from clients for investment purposes.
• Maintain close client relationships and record all activities on CRM.
