• 8+ years of post-doctoral or industry experience in synthetic organic chemistry.
• Extensive multi-step and asymmetric synthesis expertise.
• Hands-on experience with modern purification and analytical techniques.
• Strong publication record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and execution of challenging synthetic organic chemistry projects to create novel compounds.
• Develop and optimize synthetic routes, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure scalability for potential production.
• Characterize synthesized compounds using NMR, MS, IR, and X-ray crystallography.
• Manage research projects, set priorities, and meet milestones.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including material scientists and engineers.
• Mentor junior scientists and guide technical development.
• Prepare research reports, presentations, and manuscripts for publication.
