Job summary

Two Roads Trading is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take full responsibility for day-to-day operations across one entity within the group. You will drive safe, efficient and profitable service delivery while upholding client, quality and regulatory requirements.

Reporting to EXCO and the Chairman, you will oversee budgets, invoicing and cash flow, act as the primary client liaison, and lead the operations team with regular site visits and clear reporting to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Operations Management.
• Experience in budgets and P&L reporting.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, including resource planning and service delivery.
• Oversee finances: budgets, cost control, invoicing, cash flow, and monthly performance.
• Serve as primary client liaison, build relationships and resolve escalations.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare operational and financial reports for EXCO and Chairman.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, quality systems, and health and safety.
• Lead and develop the operational team to support growth.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and profitability.
