You’ll act as a Senior Operations & Systems Governance Lead— the person we bring in when a client is dealing with complex operational failures, fragmented ownership, inconsistent processes, or systems that are not delivering the reliability they should. You won’t be doing technical system configuration or processing transactions. Your job is to take control of the oversight, rebuild governance, and guide leadership through a structured stabilisation and improvement process. You’ll coordinate multiple vendors, internal teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
You’ll diagnose issues, design governance frameworks, and deliver executive‑level reporting that gives leadership the visibility and confidence to make major decisions.
