Key Responsibilities

Manage day‑to‑day operations, including logistics, stock control, procurement, ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency.

Lead, mentor, and develop teams to achieve operational excellence and maintain a positive, performance‑driven culture.

Drive interbranch communication and alignment with national strategy and company values.

Foster culture of trust, collaboration, and respect—both internally and externally.

Maintain customer focus by building and nurturing mutually beneficial relationships with clients and partners.

Ensure compliance with SOPs and continuous improvement of processes and systems.

Have an enquiring mind and can interrogate current processes and improve them.

Strategic thinker, problem solver, and ability to make decisions fast.

Use and manage the CRM system (preferably Zoho) for tracking, reporting, and improving customer engagement.

Implement, execute, and monitor key operational strategies to support company growth.

Requirements

10+ years’ proven experience managing operations and teams within the textile printing industry.

Demonstrated success in logistics, stock control, procurement, and process optimisation.

Strong leadership skills—respected and trusted by peers and team members alike.

Excellent communicator with high emotional intelligence and the ability to inspire and motivate staff.

Proficient in CRM systems (Zoho preferred) and comfortable with technology‑driven reporting and communication.

Hands‑on, proactive, and passionate about learning and growing within the industry.
