Placements24 is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to join a fully remote team. The role focuses on data-informed decision-making and optimizing operational performance through in-depth analysis and reporting.

You will forecast needs, develop dashboards, and provide recommendations to senior leaders, mentoring junior analysts and advancing analytical practices across the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Operations Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R and Excel.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
