Job summary

Helderberg Personnel is seeking an experienced client services administrator based in Somerset West to support onboarding and KYC/CDD processes. You will handle client queries and maintain high service standards while utilizing Salesforce and other CRM tools.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in financial services client support, with advanced Excel and Outlook skills, and a diploma/certification in related fields.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Diploma or certification in Financial Services, Compliance or Client Services is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• 3–5 years’ experience in client services or administrative roles, ideally in financial services.
• Experience supporting client onboarding and KYC/CDD documentation.
• Proven ability to handle client queries and maintain high service standards.
• Experience with CRM or case management systems such as Salesforce.
