• Identifies departmental needs and resources to ensure smooth running.
• Monitors and coaches staff in accordance with nursing laws and standards.
• Maintains nursing standards and updates practices as required.
• Coordinates with other departments and external providers.
• Ensures accurate reporting of statistics and feedback.
