Placements24 is seeking a Senior Nutrition and Wellness Coach for an on-site role in Rustenburg, North West, ZA. The candidate will design personalized nutrition plans, coach behavior change, and educate clients to achieve health goals within a collaborative team.

You will assess needs, develop plans, and support clients with ongoing progress, workshops, and community outreach while staying current with nutrition science and best practices.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in nutrition counseling, wellness coaching, or a similar role.
• Professional certification as a Nutritionist, Dietitian, or Certified Health Coach is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of human physiology, macronutrients, micronutrients, and their impact on health.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective, evidence-based nutrition and wellness strategies.

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments, including dietary habits, lifestyle factors, health history, and personal wellness goals.
• Develop individualized nutrition and wellness plans tailored to meet the specific needs and objectives of each client.
• Provide expert guidance and education on healthy eating principles, meal planning, portion control, and mindful eating techniques.
• Empower clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes through motivational interviewing and behavior change coaching.
• Monitor client progress, offer ongoing support, and make necessary adjustments to their plans to ensure successful outcomes.
• Conduct workshops and group sessions on various nutrition and wellness topics for community outreach and client education.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as doctors and therapists, to provide integrated client care.
• Stay current with the latest research, trends, and best practices in nutrition, dietetics, and wellness coaching.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation.
• Promote the services of the wellness center within the local community.
