Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years' software development experience or seven+ years with alternative path
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET and C#, familiarity with modern web technologies
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, databases, testing, and SDLC including production ops

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver high-quality software across the full product lifecycle
• Identify and implement optimisations to improve performance and value
• Maintain coding standards via automated testing, code reviews, and documentation
• Oversee software architecture, troubleshoot production issues, and implement durable solutions
• Mentor and support developers, promote engineering best practices, collaborate with DevOps
