Job summary

Solas IT Recruitment is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer in Rosebank, Johannesburg, with a strong backend focus on C#/.NET. You will work on a large-scale SaaS platform, building REST APIs and back-end services across the stack, including Azure infrastructure and SQL Server.

You will join cross-functional squads, collaborating with React front-end developers, QA, and product teams in an Agile/SAFe environment. 7+ years of experience and strong Azure skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial software development experience in full-stack or back-end roles.
• Strong hands-on development with C# and .NET / .NET Core.
• Experience building REST APIs and back-end services.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure and related services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable applications using C# and .NET.
• Build REST APIs and back-end services.
• Work with SQL Server, EF and Dapper.
• Develop solutions on Microsoft Azure including Service Bus, Blob Storage, App Configuration and Redis.
• Contribute to service-oriented and event-driven architectures.
• Collaborate with React front-end developers across the full stack.
• Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews.
• Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
• Work in an Agile/SAFe development environment.
• Support and share knowledge with less experienced developers.
